How HeyMilo Integrations Work

Every integration follows the same core pattern, adapted to how each ATS works best:

1. Connect Once

Link your ATS account to HeyMilo. Depending on the integration, this means entering API credentials, authenticating via OAuth, or enabling webhooks. Setup typically takes minutes.

2. Map Jobs to Agents

Connect your ATS jobs to HeyMilo interview agents. Some integrations do this automatically-post a job with the right fields and an agent is created. Others let you manually link jobs to agents you’ve configured.

3. Candidates Flow In

When candidates apply or reach a specific pipeline stage, they’re automatically engaged. HeyMilo sends personalized interview invitations via email, SMS, or both.

4. AI Runs the Interview

Candidates complete voice, video, SMS, or form-based screening on their own time. The AI adapts questions in real-time based on their responses.

5. Results Flow Back

Completed interviews generate structured reports. Depending on your ATS, these appear as:
